Follow These Steps:
Step 1. Hold the ends of a jump rope in both hands. The rope should be behind you. This will be your starting position.
Step 2. Exhale as you lift both hands upward to guide the rope forward and around your entire body. Lift both feet simultaneously to allow the rope to pass underneath your feet.
Step 3. Continue to Inhale and Exhale as you repeat this process to reach your desired time frame.
Note: Jumping rope is an aerobic exercise that is excellent for your cardiovascular system. It is a full-body conditioning exercise all by itself and is often used by boxers.
