Follow These Steps:
Step 1. While sitting at a cable pully machine, place your feet on the foot pads in front of you. Your knees should be slightly bent. Grab the pulley with your left hand with your palms facing towards your torso. Keep a slight bend in your back. Keep your chest up. This will be your starting position.
Step 2. Exhale as you pull the cable pully towards your torso. Squeeze your lats and hold the contraction for 2-3 seconds. Keep a bend in your knees. Keep your chest up and your back arched.
Step 3. Inhale as you slowly return to the starting position. Rest between sets.
Step 4: Repeat these steps to complete your sets.
Step 5: Switch hands and repeat steps 1-4.
TIP: This exercise can also be done with two hands and using a bar.
