Step 1: While seated on a flat bench, grasp a barbell and hold it at chest level. Your feet should be flat on the floor and shoulder-width apart. This is your starting position.
Step 2: Exhale as you raise the barbell overhead.
Step 3: Inhale as you slowly lower the bar back to your chest.
Step 4: Repeat steps 2-3 to complete your desired reps. Rest between sets.
Step 5: Repeat steps 1-4 to complete your desired sets.
