Step 1: Select the appropriate dumbbells. With a dumbbell in each hand, lay your back against the pad of an incline bench. Your feet should be flat on the floor. Keep a slight bend in your elbows. Bring the dumbbells in to about eye level with the palms facing each other. This will be your starting position.
Step 2: Inhale as you lower the dumbbells in an outward position keeping a bend in your elbows. Chest up.
Step 3: Exhale as you return to the starting position. Squeeze your pecs.
Step 4: Repeat steps 2-3 to reach your desired reps.
Step 5: Repeat steps 1-4 to reach your desired sets.
